What does mean a fair launch for us ? There are three main points:
- The initial community members who supported us should enjoy the dividends as our project continues to evolve. We decide to launch the pre-sale and keep track of the initial community members so that we will give them extra rewards once the project starts.
- For the participants of Jade Defi, we need to provide them with continuous high APYs and stable mining environment. We will stabilize the price through deflation and buyback, while the request for code audit has been emitted (expected in 2 weeks if it goes well).
- For all JADE Token holders, we will operate the project reasonably and give them a lot of benefits through airdrops or competitions.
What’s usually happens when a new yield farming project starts ? Whales (or larges accounts) enter with big numbers into the farms & pools and get a lot of token in a very short time before APY goes down (as numbers of token to be share per block don’t change, when TVL increase, APY decrease and this is normal mechanism). The problem with that is after few hours/days, some people could hold a very large amount of token and can dump the price when selling hard. This is bad for small farmers and for those entering when the price goes up before the dump.
We want to experiment with the fair launch of Jade, that is, the market determines the initial distribution of tokens. With the assistance of the initial community members, we regulate APY by maintaining the liquidity of the mining pool.
